- Governing Law and Place of Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy and your relationship with Inductio AG shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Switzerland without reference to conflict of laws principles.
The courts of Geneva, Switzerland, shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to determine any disputes arising in relation to this Privacy Policy or your relationship with Inductio AG.
